Private sessions- 85.00/hour
Group classes/sessions- 15.00 - 25.00/hour
All sessions, private or group include a graceful and powerful infusion of : Yoga, Pilates, (some functional training) and meditation.
Yoga- To create length and space in the muscles, joints, digestive system and cells. As well, yoga strongly assists cleansing and detoxification in the body as specific poses and sequences massage the kidneys, liver, colon, lymphatic system and endocrine system.
Pilates- To create stability and strength in the core muscles of the body: the abdominals, low back, gluteals, inner and outer thighs. These movements will allow for more efficient digestion, decreased back, neck and knee pain as well as release undigested emotions and events.
Meditation- To discover the space, peace and stillness between the thoughts and integrate the benefits into the physical body and back into activity. Meditation is more restorative than sleep and allows for quicker recovery from injury or illness. As well, because the heart rate and blood pressure are decreased during the state of meditation, these effects have a ripple effect that results in an overall lowered resting heart rate, blood pressure, as well as countless other benefits.

Something to consider:
The average human being has between 60-80,000 thoughts each day. And, within each thought, a message of pleasure, pain, joy, sadness, anger etc. resonates throughout our bodies and creates a ripple effect upon our physiology. Change in heart rate, disturbances in digestion, and shifts in our hormonal system are just a few of the regular fluctuations that our bodies see as as result of passing thoughts.
Every hour of every day our physical bodies are shedding and regenerating over one million cells. Every five days we have a new stomach lining, every ninety days a new liver, and in under one year, every single cell in our bodies is brand new. With this transformation, we have the ability and opportuntiy to rebuild a strong, healthy body ,free from disease, dysfunction, pain and illness. However, cell and muscle memory, repetition of patterns of behavior, and improper choices for fueling our bodies lead to depletion or lack of progression towards building that strong, healthy and efficient mind and body.
To truly create balance in our minds, bodies, and environment, we must be perpetually renewing ourselves as we live in a dynamic world where the only constant is change. The needs of our physical body (cardiovascular health, digestive health, muscle strength and flexibility) and our mental health (managing stress by lowering our baseline threshold level), must be met each and everyday. There are many modes and methods to meet these needs. And, while some may be better than others, and some more enjoyable for yourself than others, the key importance is that whatever you choose to do- you must do.
There is a beautiful quote by one of the pioneers of Kundalini Yoga that says,
"It doesn't matter if you know everything- the question is: do you practice it?"
- Yogi Bhajan
Where would you like to be 10 years from now? five years from now? Right now?
Now, taking an honest look at your life in this very moment- what are you practicing?
What is so unique about me?
As a result of my life and educational experience, I bring a very integrated approach to personal wellness. I have lived the first two thirds of my life as an athlete, student and teacher of Western Philosophy and Practicality with regards to Physical Fitness. And, as I made the choice to expand my horizons beyond the standard textbook programs and prescriptions, I entered a new world of wisdom, knowledge and understanding.
What I have awakened myself to along with countless others that have graced my path is that with a little more awareness, education and integration, it is possible to live a prosperous life full of energy, vitality, joy and success. No longer do I live my life in separation. Who I am and what I do in the office, in my home or on my mat are all effected by each and every choice that I make. I eat to fuel my body, I exercise to strengthen my muscles as well as my will, and I do Yoga to create space in my joints as well as in my mind.
Most importantly,
"I share my experiences, my knowledge and my passions with like-minded beings that are seeking the same experiences out of life. I have dedicated years of schooling and even more years of mindful living to be able too offer the best of me and the best of these teachings."
