EDUCATION: Every practice is structured around one of the “chakras,” the primary energy centres in the body. We believe that in order to truly absorb the meditation experience and use it as a catalyst for transformation, it is imperative that you understand what you are doing, why you are doing it, and how it impacts your life.

The Practice™ different from other meditation + breathwork practices?

MUSIC: The sounds that fill our spaces have one of the biggest impacts on our mental state. Because of this, every practice is curated with intentional playlists that carry specific currencies that support the opening and clearing of lower/heavier energies in the body.

MOVEMENT: It’s a smaller part of the practice, but one of the most important! Opening the body and creating more space for the breath will facilitate a bigger release and a deeper state of peace.

BREATH: This is the ONLY vital function in your body that you CAN control and when done correctly, you can create MASSIVE changes to your physical, mental, and spiritual health.

MANTRA: In order to build a house, you will need a tool...or several! And, in order to quiet the mind, the same thing applies. The mantras we use focus the mind on the lesson and YOUR intention and are powerful in helping you override the monkey mind.

Is The Practice™ beginner friendly?

Absolutely! But if you are super green and a little nervous, we recommend that you begin by listening to Mandy’s “Introduction to Meditation” here

How often should I do The Practice™?

Well, in a perfect world, we would like to say everyday! However, we realize that there may be other barriers (such as time), but do encourage you to spend at least 5 minutes each day in mindful movement, mindful breath, and of course, mindful silence. These Practices are full of tools and wisdom that you can begin to integrate back into your own guided practice immediately.

How can I access The Practice™?

The Practice by Mandy Trapp™ is hosted in our digital studio on a platform called Kajabi. It is really important that you agree to receive emails from us that is the only way for us to communicate with you about your membership, upcoming classes, events, etc.

You can access The Practice™ Platform from any Desktop (Chrome browser recommended), or download the mobile app to stream onto your iPhone, iPad, Android phones, or Android Tablets.

Live sessions are held over Zoom.

Membership cost is $35/month with no contract or commitment.

The monthly workshop and Full Moon ceremony is included in your membership.

Special events and retreats offered by Mandy Trapp outside of The Practice may be offered at an additional cost.
